I my case, When they missed the first 3 payouts and has the conference call on Nov 3rd I started using CCbill at that point. After they never came through with there promises I took thier links down. When January got here and they were still coming up with the same ol lies I decided to wait untill Feb first and on that date I went in and cancelled 5 years worth of rebills. I figured well, if they are going to scam people this is one less they will be scamming. I feel its pretty clear where all the monye has gone Charles Prast and hix xtv plans seem to be the only ones "moving forward".
