When did you inform me of this? This is the first information you have provided on this problem. I have looked thru all my e-mail replies from you and I couldn't find any mention of this bug.
All I was thinking was that there was an ulterior motive behind this.
I didn't want to cancel and I sure didn't want a refund. I wanted an answer.
Just look at the last e-mail replies I posted here from you. Very vague, no mention of a problem or a fix.
There is no reason for you to have lost me as a customer. All you had to do was reply like you did here and I would have been satisfied.
