What's the difference really if he submits one gallery with 40 pics or 4 galleries with 10 pics each. Either way, he's going to use all of the content from that set that he bought, and it's going to be seen for free.
40x1=40
10x4=40
He might make less money from one gallery, but how does that change our lives?
