No, iBill and IBD may not directly be involved with XTV. However, there are some glaring facts that I think raise legitimate concerns.
Things like Molina Vector Investment Trust, or Nexcend Marketing's interest/involvement with XTV. As well as Charles Prast's (who is running iBill) involvement with XTV. And just to show you that I am not stirring up shit, here is a legitimate article from PC magazine (1-11-05) in which Prast is quoted as the President of XTV.
