I used to get charly horses & leg cramps quite often, due to one of my medications robbing my body of potassium. I found that if I get enough potassium in my diet now, that I very rarely get them anymore. So, I make it a daily ritual to either eat a bowl of raisin bran or drink an 8 ounce glass of o.j. each day. Both are high in potassium and a quick fix to the problem.
