I called ibill today and "actually" got in touch with a client rep. Mine was out of the office. He said that he doesnt know if ibill recieved the First Data funds yet, anything about past due monies nor when the promissary section or the CMI would be updated. But he said that there is a meeting with the "higher ups" scheduled for April 1st and we should get an update after that. He assured me that we would get gkard payouts on the 1st as promised. This is of course is only what I was told.
