I am loyal as well to companies, and webmasters who provide the service they say. But I do not post about them all the time, and will speak highly when asked, or their name comes up.

Yeah, well I've done business with some companies for 9 plus years on the web, and I am not promoting them constantly. I have loyalty for those I so business with, and whom do what they say, when they say, and just like a member who expect this from me, I'd expect it from those I do business with.
I am glad you show up on Webair's radar, and you actually get some support. I started a TGP with them to test out their service before considering their dedicated to move all my paysites to. But they have proved over and again, time to buy my own server. So atleast they helped in that regard.
