Hey, I can't speak for everyone, but I am not going to go out of my way to insult or attack a company regardless of my beliefs. But when a company I directly do business with does me wrong, or provides less that superior service promised, and people want an honest opinion.
My sites are split between two hosts, and I can say both have their flaws, good and bad points, probably much like others here. However, Webair continues to show up on my radar with their service issues, site down, slow response times, no answer/voicemail/live chat when something happens, and people start e-mailing me. I do not visit my own sites 100 times a day, but when a visitor takes time to complain, something is wrong.

True enough. I can't help but feel in the threads here that you have some serious power player who get all of Mike's attention, and he caters to. Then you have the regular Joe's who just do business. Those ICQ's and e-mails get ignored, and some how it is ok to say one thing, and then blow them off later in their eyes.
I can tell you if some of the big hitters here were ever receiving the service I have in the past 30 days, Webair would not get another nickel from this board. So save the preaching. They do good for your company, great. Awesome to hear. But they are not doing right by everyone.
