I am looking for outsourcing that can provide the following.

1. On time employees.

2. Employees with basic HTML knowledge.

3. Employees that can submit more than 20 sites an hour to our own sites. (through autogallery admin panel.)

4. Employees that are given tasks that can be completed on time (with minimum supervision on my part)

5. Employees with basic photoshop expierience.

6. Employees that can speak and understand English.
