Isn't it funny how we measure energy intake via food in calories, not volts, amps or kw/h.
We don't use electricity to keep us going, robots use that. Try metabolism for humans. Minute electrical signals may be used to stimulate various parts of the body etc. But that electrical energy amounts to sweet fuck all.
When you die, you dont release an emp blast or some other rubbish like that. The lightbulb thing simply sounds silly. The amount of energy you would need to do that would be enough to kill you electric chair style 10000s of times over.
As for dying, see decomposition reactions. You will find laws of conservation of matter and energy are obeyed.
However this is just my opinion. You are entitled to your own, though I wouldn't exactly call it scientific.
