Like I said it depends upon the chip stacks and the stage of the tourney, blinds etc..
He may have thought you were pushing all in with a small pocket pair and then you guys are what 52/48..he was wrong...he may have put you on a complete steal.
Should you put your tourney life online for a coinflip? Not if you have plenty of chips in relation to the blinds..but with you pushing all in instead of just raising this tells me that this was probably not the case because you are pushing with A/Js so if it was the same case for him...*short stacked = below 10x's the BB* then calling all in was probably his best move if the BB is coming right around again for him...I'm not saying that I exactly like this call...just thinking it might have been justified to some degree.
Also in regards to "I should have won that hand." Entitlement is a dirty word in poker. :D
