IMO a bad beat is when you flop and you're like 90+% ahead and go all in and someone calls only to hit runner runner to beat you.

We were both all in before the flop.....both times.
They had very similar stack sizes. If they had lost the hand they wouldn't have been out, but damn close to it.
You're right....hitting the flop big and then having a guy catch a two outer on the river hurts too.
