Problem is, most people are idiots. They merely tell someone their wishes, which isn't enough obviously. People need to get off their lazy asses and get their lawyer to put their wishes in writing and add it to a legal will, so that their family members and the media and millions of armchair fucking quarterbacks aren't able to second-guess those wishes.
