for each carrier it has its own then of course the phone number in front. you could also fake the header where its coming from. i use to have all the list for all the cariers. i could probably code something up for all the carriers in the states/canada. i was doing something like that for a security site.

then you would just have to find which exchanges cell phones are on. i know the canadian cell exchanges.not sure if you can get a hold of the american. sounds like a cool project tho.
