Okay, so you place an ad in the paper for models or found some at the local pub who are willing and able to do dildo scenes/fuck scenes whatever.

Couple questions:

How much should you pay the average model to do different scenes?

Should you have someone taking still shots while video taping or just use screen captures from the video as the stills?

Where can I find pre-done model release forms?
