Even if the .US were to shut down, we would continue seeing significant traffic on this name for a while. Lastly, unlike the other torrent sites mentioned above, empornium.us is porn-only and has pretty strict rules which mitigate the probability of being shut down.

BTW, I am sure you contacted the .us to see if they would want to buy it. I would think it has the most value to them anyway.
