well, if your really into it, you can do what i do.
i ordered a shitload of protein powder
isopure protein powder, they have strawberry, vanilla and chocolate
mix it with a glass of water and drink it after a workout or with a meal.
for breakfast i usually eat about 3 eggwhites on ryetoast (hardly any calories and shitload of protein).
lunch, steamed chicken and brocolli or a can of low sodium tuna (no mayo).
dinner, just eat sensible, dont stuff like a fat little pig.
also try doing pushups and situps at all times of the day (when you have nothing else to do, just get down and do 20).
3 weeks of this and you will notice you dropped mad weight and you can run farther..
you mentioned starving yourself? thats the worst thing you can do. deprive your body of nutrients and other stuff.
if your hungry, eat an apple or bannana.
