how does your diet look? i'm willing to bet it isn't all that pretty. you need to eat at least 5 times a day of clean foods, particularly HIGH in good carbohydrates especially an hour or so before running.

and just really really push yourself, the human body is capable of much more than the "usual" mindset permits... you have to train hard as FUCK and stop at nothing. then, you will make progress.
