I used to only be able to do a mile, now im 170 5'9 and run about 4 miles 4 times a week.
eat alot of protein too, that helps.

Maybe I'm just trying to run to far. I'll try the 1/2 mile 5 days a week thing and then move up like you said.. Any suggestions on what's got tons of protein?
