dont give up man..trust me...

i was 230 5'9....

i started running...

start slow, try doing a half mile 5 days a week...

then move it up to a mile... then 2...

eat healthy too, try to cut down on drinking and smoking can be a factor too.

I used to only be able to do a mile, now im 170 5'9 and run about 4 miles 4 times a week.

eat alot of protein too, that helps.
