hmm - very nice - I am presuming that your talking CND not USD - currently looking at a place in W. Vancouver runs in the same price range $2-$3Mil - would love to find a killer weekend place - is Whistler good for a full time place? 1 to 2 hours away from Van? - what type of shopping - etc. is there during the non-ski season?
