It would be pretty annoying if they were far apart....
1: usually when taking a shit you also take a piss....
2: if you like to fuck/lick both it will be uncovenient and you'll get
tired like hell wasting energy moving around all the time
3: double dildo's would became very expensive
4: you would have to wear double for men/triple for women underwear
5: having your brown star mounted on your forehead would look pretty silly
