Sleazy, what's the big deal man? He's not gonna kill you, I even read somebody talking about fucking headgear for christs sake...
Just agree to step in the ring with him, if he gives you a black eye, big deal. If you knock him out by connecting your first goliath swing, so what. At least you gave him the chance to appease his pride.
That's what I would do anyway.
Then again - I live by different rules than a lot of people. You say he has no honor, and to be completely honest, I have no idea what kind of guy you are, I have never done business with you. But if
you have the "honor" that you suggest Choker lacks, you could at least back yourself up by being a man and giving him a chance to vent. You
have to know what you said was fucked up and deserves a clock in the jaw, or the man you insulted at least deserves a respectable opportunity to deliver it.
