What kind of cigarettes did you want when they catch up to you?
Invasion Of Privacy pretty well covers that. You could get away with it if you just did it for your OWN jollies, but try broadcasting or using stills from it.
And besides they have scanners out that you can look right INto peoples homes withOUT the need for a x camera system. lol
