Explain bad situations you've been in due to drugs. Tell her that you love her and don't want her to end up in those situations or worse ones. Let her know that you're serious about not having the shit in your house, and should you find it, it gets flushed and she gets put on lockdown.
I don't know how much this will help, but speaking from my own memories as a teen with a fucked up mom, I didn't need the lecture to stay clean. I just watched my mother as she got further and further down the spiral. Scary shit.

I don't think forbidding drugs at home will help ... she will just go awaay in crackhouses ...
My parents allowed me to smoke chronic when I lived there . They thought it was better then if I was out there getting caught . (I never smoked much) . Just an open talk about drugs, stories and stuff that happened might just be enough ...
