How do you have to pay restitution? Have you even been to district court yet? If you do get charged with a felony in Maine it will be up to a year before it even goes to trial in superior court. If this is your first offense chances are you will get probation and maybe 30 days and you will serve only 16 of the 30 days in a little county jail.
