iBill CONTINUES to REBILL after cancellation
Today I received an email from an old customer saying he cannot log in even though he has been paying his fees.
So I go to verify his subscription but I can't find it anywhere.
I was about to reply to him when I thought to check ibill and it turns out that iBill charged this guy TWICE after I cancelled his rebills (they also had the record of cancellation right there in their system!!).
So I re-checked old rebills that they list as active - WTF!!! - and I found several more of these rebills.
So even after cancelation and refund, iBill CONTINUES to charge some people.
In one instance I found some very weird rebill records - I saved them all.
I told the customer what ibill did and now I have the list if others contact me and also proof for illegal activity ...
