well - technically you could do that, and no: people don't pay for that. but those who put them on their sites link with the pic to her site - and the site is mentioned on the pic. so it drives traffic to her site. and if you are a smart guy, you
sign up for her affiliate program first so that you can earn money with her.
and of course i wouldn't like it if you did what you said and i would ask you to pull the pic down.
