What recourse do you have in this situation? Not only is it unsafe if you have childeren but it brings down your property value. The problem with the Megans Law List is it doesn't specify between Violent Sex Offenders and the Drunk Frat Guy who got caught at Lake Havasu or Mardi gra. What to do?
