Business accounts with Wells Fargo?

I have my personal account with WF and I haven't had any problems, in fact I really like it. I can easily do everything online, set all my bills to be paid on certain dates, track charges on my credit cards, etc. I have my business account with a local credit union for various reasons. One, they have very good fraud protection. About once a month or two they give me a call to double check any strange charges, especially when I'm traveling. But, the problem is their online setup is extremely primitive and is getting pretty annoying.

I'm thinking about creating an additional business account with WF or transferring everything over from my current credit union. Are there any disadvantages to having two business accounts? Is WF a good bank to have a business account with?

Any input would be appreciated.
