NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

here is the situation

I have to send somebody a 3600$ payment
and I have alot of money in paypal

here are my options

Withdraw the money day by day, lose tons of money on the exchange rate, and then put it in my bank in US funds, so lose exchange rate again, and send the wire transfer (like 12 days later)

send a big Epass CC payment, but there is a limit of 500$...

or ask someone to do it for me
