It'll make him not as scared and probably stop his screaming. Make sure to put in new food and water at night so in the morning he isnt screaming for you to come and change it

Thank you for that sugggestion. I am going to change his food and water at night. He screamed 4 times this morning and that was all. I changed his food and he was happy.
