In the last few months, a single domain name changed hands for $10 million.

The sale was unreported, and both parties want it to remain that way, but I have first hand knowledge, knowing the parties involved.

I know the name, but I cannot say here what it is, except that it makes perfect sense if you know the sector (cars) and the money involved.

The price was for the domain only and not the site.

This is a reminder of how few sales are actually reported and how insane the market is right now.

It makes you wonder how long it can last, all this insanity.
