I don't think this is too uncommon....
I think it's good that company reps test traffic on their competitors, so they know how they convert and what they have to go up against
I don't think any programs would really have a problem with it, unless you are promoting the competition on boards, etc...
For example, if KMR tries some traffic out with AAC, it's no big deal. But if he starts telling people "Yeah, I work for DG but AAC converts way better! Signup under me there", THEN it's a problem (well unless DG don't care, but I'll assume they would!).
