Do people in the USA still pay time charges to
receive calls on their cell phone? From what I remember it's just a standard (xxx) xxx-xxxx number, so the caller doesn't have any idea that they may be calling a mobile phone. In Australia mobile ranges start with 04 and the caller pays the timed rate.
