I see lots of ambient light showing through, despite the strobes.
You should try to be shooting around f8, 1/125, 100 ISO. Regular room lighting won't show at that exposure... leaving your strobes to do their work.
Experiment from there, if you're feeling artsy. Get a 6 foot softbox. Try just bouncing a bare strobe off a wall, or white bounce board if you have one.
Otherwise, blast 'em with light, shoot like mad, and enjoy the shoot.
