I've been getting a ton of these from CCBill the last couple of weeks:
You are receiving this email to let you know that xxxxx xxxx attempted to subscribe to account xxxxxxxxxx and was declined due to You Have Submitted Too Many Times Today.
What's the max # of times you can use your card daily before ccbill declines it?
