ClickCash pays up to $80 for a FREE signup. But lets be realistic, they start you out a $40FS (FREE SIGNUP) and if you send 50 sigups a week you average $44 a signup.
Are you only interested in %'s ? I've tried a lot of affiliate programs, including %'s and nothing beats ClickCash. You only make a % when the person spends money, with clickcash you make money when they signup for free with a credit card.
