So having a % of CB's from certain banks is reason enough to put their complete cards on the blacklist, ergo blacklisting the bank?

Please point out where I implied there is any company doing that.

Do you offer that to every surfer that wants to join a site with a legit card but gets declined for some reason?

Get real, it's well known CCbill declines alot of cards that are in fact legit cards because the bank of the card has some historical % with chargebacks
in your DB.
It's not like this happens once in a while, and you know it.
I'm not looking for a pissing match with you by all means, just telling you CCbill is scrubbing way too hard, and that makes it harder to get an overall
good signup rate with any site that uses CCBill as their sole processor.
Proove me wrong if saying "CCbill has the hardest scrubbing of all 3rd party processors out there" is totally off the hook.
Is someone from CCbill going to be in Prague at the AOE, then we can have a sit down and talk this out in person as well
