Flashbacks to my CCBill days.... I remember arguing with idiot AOL or WebTV customers because they signed up for a website and tried to canx and get refunded the subscription the same night.
They all try to use tech. ignorance as their defense and I would actually laugh at em and called them on it just about everytime.
