Basically it didnt need to be mentioned, you can tell the search term and pages in the url i provided. It tells how they were sorted and the page they were sorted on just by looking at those parts of the url. i never said anything about them all being top positions , i posted an url , one that any person familiar with google could diseminate the url , search terms , and settings i used to get to that page..
If you display google in 100's like i do it starts on the first page
Im not sure where these stats you posted come from , but i highly doubt 99% of google users use default settings.. 98 maybe
