The very fact that we do not know, is entirely the reason why we should honor her personal wish to never live in such a state. She said she wants no tubes, then we respect that wish and give her no tubes. If she lives, she lives. If she doesn't, nature has taken its course. We can't intervene and say the man she chose to marry, respect, honor, and trust is a liar, it is not our place. It should be entirely up to her husband and no one else.
