The point is that a lockerroom shouldn't be a place for anything sexual.. It's a place to shower and change before leaving the gym (or get ready before a workout).
Seperating would be sexual discrimination (and a form of segregation), but when a person turns a lockerroom into a strip club, it's now entering sexual harassment.
The problem with harassment is that when you have guys with roid rage mixing with homosexuals with a wandering eye, it's a recepie for disaster. Some guys would rather handle issues outside of a courtroom.
