I cannot know settings for all firewall software, I just tell them to close all security software. They always ask for a refund in the second email.

OH AMEN!!!! I hate firewalls! Customers are afraid of changing anything on their computers and would rather screw us than follow some simple directions!
Fortunately, us MAC USERS don't have to worry so much about VIRII, so firewalls aren't terribly necessary! God bless the Mac!
