If you're this new, I wouldn't offer PPS, you won't make it back. 50% isn't uncommon, more is better, but your tour looks too weak to attract affiliates (my opinion only, maybe others disagree). Paysites are a tough way to start in the biz. I'd focus on promoting the site yourself, read up on different marketing techniques (how to get traffic, gallery building, gallery submissions, traffic trades, how to convert traffic into sales), and experiment. You'll figure out how to make your site better, or you'll decide promoting other peoples' sites suits you better. I wouldn't get too hung up on the paysite, that's only one of many ways to make money in adult, and as I said it can be difficult if you're new.
