I agree, that
no one should be 'staved' to death...
that is cruel and unusual for sure...
erring on the side of caution seems the most prudent...however it's hard to negate the possibility that her wishes are being denied as stated by her husband and that she could be in a living hell now as a result, really hard to guess what's on the other side there :/ it's a damm messy situation no matter how you slice this one up...
