All I can say at this point is that if it were my wife in a similar situation, I would want to do what is in her best interest and in accordance with her wishes prior to her being incapacitated. And I wouldn't want the rest of the family or the world or a bunch of armchair quarterbacks debating the issue and telling me I can't do what I as her husband know is in her best interest.
But that's if it were me in that situation. It isn't, and since I don't know all the intimate facts of the case I really don't see how I or anyone else can comment on what should or shouldn't be done with this woman. Everyone involved just has to figure out what really is in her best interest and move forward in that direction. Period.
