If you're looking to broadcast to over 10 people or so it's best to host your shoutcast server on a dedicated server since it can feed out more bandwidth then your cable modem can. If it's just to broadcast to a few people shoutcast has a windows dedicated server program also, you run it seperate from winamp. I have the plugins and the info for the server, just feel like a complete idiot 'cause I have no clue as to how to do this.
I was a shoutcast DJ waaaaay back in the day, so I thought I'd get back into it.
