The women get enough shit... Several of them KNow what they're doing, I know KimmyKim knows her shit, I know TheAdult Broker knows her shit, as does Aly, I can also name a couple that didn't know fuck all. Same goes for the men, Derek at Webcam cash can work with you and create numbers you wouldn't dream of, as can Dwayne at sexkey. It isn't the face that you're dealing with it's the knowledge and the attention to details.
A lot of webmasters don't realize how frustrating it is to deal with your problems when you don't bother to listen to our recommendations. Two things to remember when dealing with Affiliate managers (I've been a successful webmaster so pay attention)
One, We know our sites better than you do, if you ask which sites convert the best and you don't listen, please don't come bitching because you aren't doing well.
Two, You know your traffic b etter than we do. IE: if you know that teen sites do best on your site say so, because I and no other affiliate manager knows that little detail. SO instead of saying "which sites convert best" ask "WHich teen site converts best"
I'm the first one to admit to you if our program isn't going to do well for you or isn't doing well currently and I'll recommend a couple programs to try. That's one of the reasons a lot of webmasters come back after trying a different program and thank me and later try out one of our new sites that I think will perform well for them.
If you don't like your current affliate manager ask for a different one.
