this is true he is so famous that he will not be able to go anywhere without being seen. But there are many countries where he is still very very popular and many of them do not have extrodition treaties with the US so he could go to one of them and live out his life.
As for not having a passport, I think when you are as wealthy as he is that is probably just a minor inconvience.
